Iran will not make any concessions in nuclear talks

Xinhua Kuwait, outlet 1 (Xinhua Du Jian) Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said here on 1 May, Iran's nuclear program is ready to negotiate with the West, but will not make any concessions.
